1.  Email us.

Email us one or two pictures of your piece to denicolasfurniture@gmail.com. Include any details like new foam, refinishing, repairs, etc.  

2.  We reply with an estimate.

We take a look at your picture(s) and consider the following: number of hours required to do the work, finishes, materials required, and any other details like repairs, refinishing or painting. Next, we arrive at a quote, we email you back a formal estimate for your consideration.

3.  You decide if you're ready to proceed.

You take the time to review your estimate, ask us any questions, and decide if you're ready to proceed.  

4.  Select your fabric and/or finishes, paint, etc.

We offer complimentary design consultation with every purchase of upholstery, refinishing, or painting service. We also discount most fabric purchases when you buy both labor and fabric from us. When you've decided to proceed with your restoration, we invite you to browse our showroom where we help you select the perfect fabric and finish to complete your one-of-a-kind piece of furniture.

5.  We get started.  

Once all the details have been worked out, we collect a deposit of 50% to begin work. You leave us to do our magic. When your piece(s) is done, we call you to pick up, and you pay the remaining 50% upon pick-up or delivery. Our average turn-around time from deposit to completion is approximately four to six weeks depending on the size of your job and the time of year.  

6.  You bring your piece home.

You're left to enjoy your newly restored piece of furniture for years to come. Have more to be done? Just call or email us, and we can start the process all over again. It would be our pleasure!
